What kinds of events do you cover?

Everything from conferences, trade shows, awards nights and corporate functions through to music events, festivals and live productions, any scale, any format.

How far in advance should we book?

Ideally 2–4 weeks ahead for a proper coverage brief and AV coordination, though we can often accommodate shorter notice depending on crew availability.

Do you work with our AV crew and production managers?

Yes, we coordinate directly with your AV crew and production team ahead of the event, so our coverage integrates with your technical setup rather than working around it.

Can you cover multi-day events?

Yes, crew scheduling is built around your run-of-show, whether that’s a single-day conference or a multi-day festival or production.

How quickly can we get the highlight film?

Standard turnaround is 5–10 days after the event. Same-week edits are available on request where post-event momentum matters most.

What formats do you deliver?

A full highlight film plus vertical and square social cutdowns, individual speaker/session clips, and raw or extended footage on request.
